PENSIERI I

This was the very first piece in the series, the one that opened the door for me to create my own visual language through line work.

After a lot of experimenting, I wanted this piece to feel very light and airy, with lots of double strokes leaving the paper breathable and fewer dark areas.

When I finished filling it in and stepped back, the name just clicked because I realized these were literally my thoughts on paper.

The fun part about this work is how every starting point naturally winds up linking to another line.
